Our Story

Welcome to Bensalem Sinmoo Hapkido Training Group. We train in traditional Sinmoo Hapkido (a Korean Jujitsu System) that teaches all ranges of combat and self defense from striking, kicking, grappling (ground and stand-up) joint lock and various weapons. Hapkido is well known to be an extremely well rounded and effective martial art taught to military and police world wide. Sinmoo also includes meditation and Ki development specific for power, concentration and good health.

INSTRUCTOR

Master Stuart Rosenberg is a life long martial artist and Hapkido practitioner with over 35 years of training and teaching with top credentials from some of the best masters in the world in particular Dojunim, Ji Han Jae founder of Sinmoo Hapkido.
