Lorenzo McVay: bench-1st, squat-1st, clean-1st, overall-1st
Logan Gillett: bench-1st, squat-2nd, clean-3rd, overall-2nd
Hayden Clark: bench-4th, squat-4th, clean-4th, overall-4th
Brooklyn Clark: bench-4th, squat-4th, clean-4th, overall-4th

We had two guys compete at the KEMFA State Powerlifting meet today!

Lorenzo McVay for his weight class (140lbs) got the following:
- 5th in Clean
- 4th in Bench
- 2nd in Squat
- Overall he got 3rd!

Manny McVay for his weight class (132lbs) got the following
-1st in Clean

Awesome job guys and way to compete and represent the Bulldogs well!!

Great day at Solomon Powerlifting meet!! Brought home a total of 11 medals!!!
Here are some results:

John Janssen 198 wt class: Squat-5th, Bench-2nd, Overall 11th place

Logan Gillett 242 wt class: Bench-2nd, Clean-4th, Squat-4th, Overall 2nd place

Manny McVay 132 wt class: Bench-1st, Clean-1st, Squat-2nd, Overall 2nd place

Lorenzo McVay 132 wt class: Bench-2nd, Clean-2nd, Squat-1st, Overall 1st place

Team finished in 5th place out of 24 teams!!

*Justin Swetson competed (156 weight class)
*Manny McVay-bench 2nd, squat 3rd, clean 2nd, overall got 3rd (132 weight class)
*Lorenzo McVay- bench 3rd, squat 1st, clean 3rd, overall got 2nd (132 weight class)
*John Janssen- bench 1st, overall 6th (198 weight class
*Logan Gillett- bench 1st, squat 3rd, clean 5th, overall 3rd (242 weight class)

Great job to these 5 men who competed in the Goddard Lifting Meet!! Here is a few results and highlights:
132 lb wt. class- Manny McVay got 2nd in Bench and Lorenzo McVay got 6th in Bench, 1st in Squat, 6th in Cleans, 3rd overall.
165 lbs wt class-Justin Swetson increased 30 pounds total for his 3 lifts
198 lb wt. class- John Janssen got 1st in Bench, 6th in Squat
242 lbs. wt class- Logan Gillett got 4th in Bench, 9th in Squat, 10th in Cleans, 7th overall.

These 4 gentlemen competed in our first meet today which was the Eudora Virtual Meet and they all did great!
Placing results will be known Monday but here were their lifts:
Justin Swetson- bench 75 lbs, clean 55 lbs, squat 65 lbs
Lorenzo McVay- bench 185 lbs, clean 185 lbs, squat 340 lbs
John Janssen- bench 285 lbs, clean 195 lbs, squat 310 lbs
Logan Gillett- bench 275 lbs, clean 225 lbs, squat 400 lbs
Great job Bulldogs!
