Meet Audrey! Born and raised in the Bay Area, Audrey’s fitness journey began at just three years old when she started practicing martial arts. Through martial arts, she developed a strong foundation of discipline, integrity, and hard work. As she grew older, she expanded her athletic background through basketball, tennis, and track, discovering that fitness was more than exercise—it was a lifestyle.

After stepping away from team sports, Audrey discovered her love for yoga. What began as occasional stretching soon transformed into a daily practice centered around movement, mindfulness, and meditation. For Audrey, yoga goes beyond the physical practice on the mat; it’s about showing up for yourself and others, creating space for growth, and finding balance both physically and mentally.

In June 2026, Audrey completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga through YogaRenew, followed by a 20-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training completed in July 2026.

Taking this leap of faith allowed her to deepen her own practice while gaining the knowledge and tools to share Yoga’s many benefits with others.

Audrey is passionate about health, fitness, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone can feel supported in their practice. She believes yoga is for everybody and every body, and she is excited to share her love of movement, mindfulness, and wellness with her students!

First day of school is coming up this Tuesday, and we know it’s A LOT. New routines, big feelings, excitement, nerves… and probably a serious need for caffeine 😅

So we’re here to help make the morning a little easier 💪🏼

Anyone who takes a class with us on Tuesday morning can head over to our neighbors at Majestic Cafe after class and grab a delicious drip coffee or nitro cold brew ON US! 🫶🏻

One month ago, we brought two studios together with a dream and a whole lot of hope. Every day since then, my heart has been overflowing.

Saturday’s Ribbon Cutting Ceremony wasn’t just a celebration of a new space—it was a celebration of the incredible community that has made this place feel like home. Thank you to everyone who has walked through our doors, cheered us on, shared your kindness, and believed in this vision. Every smile, every class, every word of encouragement has meant more than you’ll ever know.

🏆 We are also beyond honored to have been voted Best Fitness Center in Benicia for the second year in a row. That recognition belongs to every one of you because you are the heart of this studio.

This has never been just about fitness. It’s about creating a place where people feel welcomed, supported, and stronger when they leave than when they walked in.

Thank you for making this dream bigger and more beautiful than I ever imagined. We’re just getting started, and I can’t wait to see what we continue to build together ❤️
