We’re hosting a FREE holiday meditation group next week! We’ll meet live via zoom 8:30am PT Monday through Friday, and you’ll also get an email with the meditation to do at your own time if you can’t join live. All meditations will be 10 min or less. Sam and Helen are hosting two Zoom classes this month - they’re 90 minutes of Yang Yin with meditation and time for discussion to connect and debrief. Friends with kids - I’m excited to share that is leading a donation-based class with childcare on Thursdays at 4:30pm. 🙌 Class is held outdoors at the Unitarian church on Skyliners and Skyline Ranch.
