‼️ Coach's Corner ‼️ - Episode 2 - Different Planes of Motion ✈️
Most people only focus on one plane of motion in their workouts: front-to-back movements (Sagittal plane)
Squats, deadlifts, running, lunges, push-ups, etc. All great exercises! But all just one plane of motion
Don't forget to work other planes too: Side-to-Side movements (aka the Frontal plane) and Rotational movements (Transverse plane)
Strengthening these planes of motion helps us in all our favorite Bend activities ⛷️🏌♀️🏓🥾🛶🚲
