* Tuesday Performance Group | 5:30pm, Central Oregon Community College track @ the start line, 2600 NW College Way
Workout: Track Workout
Long: 3 X (1000, 800, 400, 200) w/ 200m jog/walk rest
Med: 2 X (1000, 800, 400, 200) w/ 200m jog/walk rest
Short: 1 X (1000, 800, 400, 200) w/ 200m jog/walk rest
* Thursday Group Run, 6pm | Lifty's Bar & Grill. Summer route around the Deschutes River and into Farewell Bend Park.
* Saturday Coffee House Run, 8am | Thump Coffee - Grove in NW Crossing area at 921 NW Mt Washington Drive. 5 - 10 with easy breaks. Or pavement running with RIOT 8 - 10 miles.
* Sunday Long Run, 8am | Riverbend Park for a 12 - 20 mile .
