CORK’s Littlefoot running program is starting soon (September 14th) just in time for fall weather and back to school activities.

Coat: $30/child
Ages eligible: K-5th grade
When: Mondays and Wednesdays 4-5pm until October 21st
Where: Drake Park

Moms ! Bring yourself and your kiddos for a run, stroll, or hike this Sunday August 16th at 9am!

Come connect with other moms in all phases of motherhood from pregnancy to those with older children.

All paces and abilities are welcome. Join us as we run or walk for about 45 minutes, with stroller-friendly or trail options, reconvening afterwards for coffee, treats, and fun.

Dirt and Donuts is tomorrow (Sunday)!

Join us for some trail miles, high fives and sweet treats at Cascade View Trailhead in Eagle Crest. Run starts at 9am, all paces welcome and non-runners also welcome to hike around or join afterwards for some social time with the group (and donuts and coffee, of course).

CORK members had a blast supporting the Waldo 100K runners at Gold Lake Aid Station this past weekend.

Waldo is one of those really special races in the ultra community (it’s been around for 24 years!) and we were honored to be a part of it yet again. It was so fun to give back, together as a club at one of the most beautiful race courses there is.

Huge kudos to everyone that ran, to the speedy winners, and all those that toughed it out to a well-earned finish.

Workout: Pilot Butte Hills workout

Long: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 6min hill reps.

Short: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1min hill reps.

* Thursday Group Run, 6pm | Lifty's Bar & Grill. Summer route around the Deschutes River and into Farewell Bend Park.

* Saturday Coffee House Run, 8am | Thump Coffee - Grove in NW Crossing area at 921 NW Mt Washington Drive. 5 - 10 with easy breaks. Or pavement running with RIOT 8 - 10 miles.

* Sunday Long Run, 8am | Riverbend Park for a 12 - 20 mile .

The last Bend Trail Series race of the season is up at Wanoga Sno-Park this Thursday! A new 4.5 route with the series final party afterwards. Cost is $25 cash if not pre registered. Bib pickup is 5:30-6:00 and race start is 6:15. Join CORK there or the usual Thursday group run at Lifty's. We'd love to see you there!

The final race of the 2026 Series is this Thursday. We're headed back to Wanoga for a brand-new 4.5-mile route. And the awards party is immediately following the race at the Reed Market Cascade Lakes Brewing Company. Bib pickup is 5:30-6:00 and race start is 6:15.

Come have some trail fun with runner friends tomorrow Sunday July 12 @ 9am for our monthly Dirt & Donuts group !

Meet at the Dillon Falls Trailhead. Drive up Century Drive and take a left across from the Cascade Lakes Welcome station. Allow a half hour drive from Bend city center.
