Hiking our way southbound on the Pacific Crest Trail through the Sierras. The first big section, from Sonora Pass to Mammoth Lakes is done. Wouldn’t you know it, a snow storm came in, so we are stuck in Mammoth Lakes for darn near 3 days. Then, it’s back on trail to end at Cottonwood Pass in two weeks.

A fun weekend of work that didn’t feel at all like work. It’s pretty cool that I get to budget my work projects over 7 days now instead of 5. Doing this is just what I want to be doing anyways so, I just do it every day. I never feel like I need a break. Play with dogs, make a hoodie, do some yard work, make a hoodie, play with dogs, repeat. It’s a great life.

A backpacking trip around Sedona Arizona that lead up to a 38 mile ultramarathon in Flagstaff. Really fun week of exploring and pushing myself. I’ll put individual captions on the photos for explanation.

Day 4 in the canyons around Sedona, Arizona. I made a custom backpacking route through the area and working my way up to Flagstaff for my first Ultramarathon on Friday!
