🌱 The power of our mind and our filters of perception 🌱

What we take in—movies, music, books, social feeds, even the people around us—subtly shapes our values and influences our lives. Quick check: what’s on your feed is feeding your mind. 😳

Fear sneaks in through:
• Overthinking the “what ifs.”
• Doubt asking, “Who are you to do this?”
• Shrinking down, staying quiet, even when you want to shine.
• Self-sabotage disguised as perfectionism.

When I realized this, I began questioning what I was consuming. It was uncomfortable, but turning down the outside noise allowed me to hear my own voice and trust myself more deeply. I shifted my social feed to bring in positive influences, which quickly changed my perspective and my energy. I began to feel more empowered and grounded in my values.

It’s easy to live on autopilot, but intentional reflection allows us to check in and course-correct. For me, that means living in alignment with my top values: love, connection, and leadership.
