Plie Squats and Side Lunge Series Using Twin Hoops!
👉15 reps plie with overhead cross
👉15 reps plie hold on toes with isolation work
👉15 reps side lunges each leg. Focus on keeping chest lifted and that back knee from coming past your toe.
