"Hey all! I'm Kelly Campbell, a Krav Maga instructor with over 25 years of experience, proudly working with Krav Maga Worldwide. Join me at Cascadia Krav Maga for a self-defense seminar designed specifically for women. Over the years, I’ve created a women's self defense program shaped by my work with support groups and shelters across the Los Angeles area, focusing not only on physical skills but also on mental readiness and confidence.
At the seminar, we’ll focus on training your strength, awareness, and instinct to protect yourself in any situation. You’ll learn how to recognize early signs of manipulation or control, build self-trust, and respond effectively if a situation turns physical.
My mission is to help women move through the world with confidence, clarity, and control.

Kelly Campbell holds a 5th degree black belt in Krav Maga and is internationally recognized for her talents in training and developing new instructors. She currently serves as Krav Maga Worldwide's Director of Instructor Development, and is a certified Civilian Law Enforcement Instructor and KM Kids Instructor (Krav Maga Worldwide™ youth program). She also holds certifications in several programs including Train the Trainer and ASST (Adrenal Stress Scenario Training).
