Enrollment for all Fall classes will open Monday, August 3 at 7:00 AM, but you can start planning now! Browse days, times, and program offerings for Rec Gymnastics, Tots Gymnastics, Ninja Programs, Pre-Team, and Tumbling.

⭐ Fall Classes Begin: Tuesday, September 1

Class availability will not appear until enrollment opens, but the full schedule is available to view now.

Already enrolled? You’re all set! Our office will place your student into the same or a similar class, and you’ll receive a confirmation email soon.

📣 Rec Cheer and Novice All Star Cheer enrollment is also open now through August 24th.

Signing Day for our 2026-2027 Team Gymnastics athletes! ✨🤸‍♀️

This past Friday, our new team gymnastics athletes signed their new team banner, celebrated together, and kicked off what’s going to be an incredible season.

We’re so proud of these girls already and can’t wait to watch them grow, compete, and represent COGA this year. Let’s go team! 👏

This week some of our amazing staff spent time out at our biannual Adopt-A-Road cleanup helping keep our community clean.

What a way to wrap up our Spring Showcase week 💛💙

Today we finished with our Tots program, featuring our amazing 3–5 year olds. This age is something special. The excitement, the courage, the joy… it’s why we do what we do!

We love working with these little athletes and it’s such a privilege to be part of these early moments in their journey.

📣 We’re officially launching our Xcel Competitive Team program! 📣

Xcel offers a different path than our traditional Developmental (Dev) program. While Dev is more structured with a higher time commitment and a single, fast-paced track, Xcel is designed with flexibility in mind. It allows athletes to train fewer hours, balance other activities, and still experience the fun and challenge of competition.

We’re especially excited about what this means for our athletes and families—more options, more balance, and more opportunities to grow in the sport they love.
