Over the past month I hit a rough patch, I lost all motivation to workout and had no consistency with my diet.
I think it’s good for us to remember that everyone struggles sometimes And it’s O.K.
As long as we don’t let it become our norm and we get ourselves out of the funk.
Today I’m choosing to do just that and I’m hitting the re-start button!

Some of the benefits of fasted cardio is using your body fat for fuel! For me it’s a great way to get my day started and I feel energized and motivated to take on the rest of my day!
