Camp Gladiator Benbrook / Godley All fitness levels are welcome & campers go at their own pace. Participants are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the workout starts.

Camp Gladiator is more than a fitness boot camp, it’s an experience. CG is a four week adult fitness boot camp that promises a motivating and challenging environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. Campers should expect a total body workout. CG is designed to increase your functional strength, speed, stamina, and most importantly, to deliver results.
