This practice has so much to offer. We’re already exhausted from healthmaxxing and lookmaxxing or whatever they call it these days. You probably don’t need your horoscope to define your life, another crystal, or another healer, either 🔮🤷‍♀️

It’s actually really simple: do something you love, with consistency and good people, and you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Beginner Series starts this Fall 🍁

Join Britt and Kristi for a 4 week series covering yoga fundamentals. We’re answering the questions you’ve wanted to ask during class but didn’t, and untangling the stuff that’s kept you from walking into a studio in the first place.

By the end, you’ll know how to do yoga in a way that works for your body, and you’ll have the confidence to walk into any class and feel like it’s exactly where you belong, because you do!

This training is for the people who get nervous in front of a room, who want to learn to use their voice, speak clearly and stand in their confidence. It’s for the people who are ready to be challenged and grow.

Yes, you’ll learn to teach, you’ll learn about weightlifting, functional movement, and yoga.

But what you’ll gain is so much deeper than knowledge of yoga and weights, I’ll be with you every step of the way. Are you in?

Welcome our newest teacher, Kristi!

You’ve probably seen her practicing in the studio. Now we get to make it official! We’re so excited to welcome Kristi to the Heartwood teaching faculty 🌿

Kristi took her first yoga class in 2011 and never looked back. She is inspired by Breathwork and Polyvagal Theory, Biomechanics and Buddhist practices. Her classes are strong and streaky, and ask you to show up for yourself in the moment.

Catch her on the schedule:
