Let’s play! Last summer we saw a fire in some of you that we are ready to see again! Who doesn’t love a friendly competition where in reality, everyone wins?! (And really, everyone DOES win a prize!)

$30 gets you a card, and the game starts July 1st. Here are the rules:

* No double dipping - one class counts for one square only
* Take as many classes in a day or week as you’d like, no limit
* One row or column = one entry to win grand prizes
* Blackout gets 5 bonus entries!

Prizes include: one month of FREE yoga, b halfmoon yoga mat, and a special curated Heartwood goodie bag!

I’m passionate about yoga teacher training!

Any good program is so much more than learning how to teach, and some programs don’t even give you that. You only get to do your first training once, and no matter what you choose, it won’t be what you expected!

Teacher training will challenge you, invite you toward self inquiry, and hopefully, change you. It’s such a monumental and beautiful journey. Ask your questions below to see if our program is right for you.

🌿 Heartwood Updates! 🌿

🛍️ This Saturday, Mill Street will be closed for the Village Market. Stop by and support our local vendors! Need to get to class? Enter Mill Street across from Aroma Restaurant and let the attendant know you're parking for Heartwood Yoga. They'll let you through.

🎉 Summer Bingo is back! Pick up your bingo card at the front desk and get ready to play starting July 1. Best of all, every participant wins a prize!

🇺🇸 Reminder: Heartwood Yoga will be closed on July 4th.

✨ Britt will be out of the studio for most of June, but our amazing Heartwood faculty will be holding down the fort. Be sure to practice with some of our incredible teachers while she's away!

‼️ Breaking News ‼️

Our Fall Yoga Teacher Training is open for registration. Our program is limited to 10 spots, and an application is required. All of the details can be found on our website, or send us a message here with any questions!

This program is Yoga Alliance certified, and led by Britt Neudorf, ERYT-500. We have some amazing guest teachers joining us for this next round.

Teacher Training starts after Labor Day and finishes before Thanksgiving, so you’ll be done before the holidays. We hope you’ll join us!
