Daylight Saving Time means longer evenings, warmer days, and the perfect excuse to get outside. 🌞⚽

With the extra daylight coming, it’s the perfect time to start thinking about summer rec soccer season! Registration for the rec session 1 is now LIVE, and we can’t wait to see our youngest players back on the field. ⚽️💙

2-3-26 UPDATE! BOD Construction came to the rescue and installed the netting today. Volunteers are no longer needed. Thank you to those that offered help. ❤️

Welp… one of our new shatterproof Neilson Fieldhouse windows has officially been defeated before we could get our protective netting up. 😬
An unidentified ball came in hot, the glass tried its best, and… here we are.

To avoid any future “window vs. ball” matchups, we’re planning to install the protective netting this week — and we need some MVP volunteers to make it happen!

Calling for 6–10 volunteers who are willing to install netting and have ladders (because gravity is undefeated). Many hands — and ladders — will make this a quick, easy project.

Please drop a comment or message us if you are willing to volunteer this week and have a ladder you can bring.

Friendly reminder: If anything gets damaged during your time at the Fieldhouse (windows, walls, pride, etc.), PLEASE report it to the BISC Board by emailing [email protected]. No judgment… accidents happen, but it helps us to know right away so we can keep the area safe for all. 🤗

We have officially been approved to open for our soccer, baseball, and softball members! BYS, BGFSA, and BYLB members will be communicated to from their programs on availability and usage. Meanwhile, we continue to work on making it a space for community use as well. More to come!
