Huge shoutout and congratulations to our own Centaurs Legion team, who plowed their way through the sub-state bracket to go to State next weekend in Rochester.

Special mention for Ty Lundeen who capped off a stellar season with his walk-off grand slam.

The Bemidji American Legion baseball team capped a perfect run in the Sub-State 14 Tournament with a 13-3 win over Moorhead in five innings.

It’s Babe Ruth Intact district championship day today!

Bagley Maroon take on Laporte at 3pm and the for the championship of the summer season, Blackduck take on Walker at 5:30pm.

This is ahead of the STATE TOURNAMENT here next week.

Lots of baseball coming up this week - let’s kick it off with district Babe Ruth tournament. Four games were played today, and semifinals tomorrow at 3 and 5:30 at BSU- Finals on SUNDAY!

And no- they will NOT be live-streamed, or on a website, or anything else. All of those spammers who are going to comment can go and take a long run off a short jetty.

A day after sweeping a road doubleheader, Bemidji recorded a tidy 5-1 win over Moorhead. Connor McNallan threw eight innings with one run allowed, and the Blue Ox scored in four different frames.
