Today we mourn and honor the military personnel that were lost while serving in the United States Armed Forces. We started by getting together for an open mat and got our workout in. Good sweat and great vibes!
Take this time to spend with family and friends. No evening classes tonight. See you all Wednesday!

That’s the thing about progress—it usually doesn’t happen all at once.
It’s built through consistency, good training partners, and showing up even on the days you don’t feel like it.

There’s some truth to that.

But what does matter is showing up, putting in the work, and earning recognition over time.

Jaya has done exactly that.

She’s been a constant on the mats and continues to demonstrate tenacity, humility, sportsmanship, and skill.
