“Those mountains are no joke!”
Number 9 was something special. Although we may have gotten better at prepping, we are NEVER prepared for the support and community that is created on Race Day. With the registration table manned by family and the roads filled with friends pointing you in the right direction how can you have a bad day. Josh and I are forever in debited to our family and friends for all they do to help our little race make it off off of pen and paper. @
The Arc of Warren County is the best co director and with the traffic/water/medical support from Mountain Lake Fire Company- 72 FireIndependence First Aid Squad Oxford Emergency Squad we make sure that the actual race is safe and fun!
Triathlon is something special and it’s never more apparent then when you watch all the hard work get those athletes across your very own finish line. So proud so lucky and so happy. On ward to year number 10!!!
