This sprint triathlon tours the surrounding area of Mountain Lake in Liberty New Jersey. After a half mile swim in the pristine lake, get ready for some ups and downs in the 15 mile bike ride. Then finish off on the 3 mile run giving a view from each angle of the lake.

Year 10. You swam. You biked. You ran. Each one of You impressed us in every way !!! Way to go.
DASH Multisport promised the race would go off without a hitch and there we were for the 10th time creating an atmosphere we wish we could spread to every triathlete in the northeast!
We started with clear air after some Smokey days and finished just as the first rain drops of the morning began.
The clean up was a different story. 🫣
It’s all for our triathletes and we hope to keep it going for years to come!
