When you have heavy ballistic exercises to practice. It's not back day or pull day. It's full posterior chain day! I kept it simple. Hit a good warm up and did 3 exercises. 6 sets of each. All sets to failure. Rest until the heart rate is below 100 bpm between each set.

1. 12kg (26 lbs) 10-2 long handle mace swings
2. 32kg (70 lbs) high tension 2 hand swings
3. 24kg (53 lbs) classic sn**ch (GS sn**ch)

I burned 550 calories in 50 minutes and felt strong doing it!
