War Games

War Games War Games is a biannual fitness competition hosting an intermediate division and a rx division. Expect some heavy lifting and challenging WOD's.

November 7th RX competition teams of 4 (2 guys, 2 girls)

November 8th Scaled competition teams of 4 (2 guys, 2 girls)

Each Division will feature 3 wods and a final for the top 5 teams. Crossfit Sprag offers a great environment with top of the line equpiment and great progamming. Get your team together and come test yourself at War Games 2015!

Box Jump 24/20
Muscle Ups, bar and ring
Wall Ball 20/14 to 10 ft target
Toe to Bar
Chest to Bar Pull Up
Shoulder to Overhead 165/105 for reps
Double Under
Clean and Jerk 1 rep over 225/145
Squat Sn**ch 165/105 for reps
Power Clean 205/135 for reps
Deadlift 315/225 for reps
