He has earned 3 word championships, 6 international gold medal wins, and has 4 national titles. He has two college degrees and has been teaching martial arts and fitness since 1978. Marty personally teaches all o

f his classes and customizes the workouts to challenge and push his girls to be their best. Marty is an instructor with the knowledge and the martial arts background to get anyone in shapes with fitness kickboxing.
