I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making necessary schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully require at least 12 hours notice. Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less

than 12 hours will result in a cancellation fee of the full price of the lesson. If you are more than 15 mins late for your service, understand that your lesson will be 45 minutes at the full price. If you are 30 mins late I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your lesson for another time that is convenient for you but can not guarantee that. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to a future lesson, please let me know as soon as possible. NO-SHOW results in an automatic lesson fee, if it occurs more than once, either you will be required to pay for your lessons in advance or I will no longer be able to hold an open lesson spot for you. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THIS. If I have to cancel your lesson with less that 12 hours notice, your following lesson will be 50% off. My time, and yours is valuable. Thank you for chosing TTF and I look forward to our lessons!
