Here’s one business move we’re probably leaving money on the table by refusing to make:
We’re not hiring OnlyFans models just to push holsters.
Yeah, s*x sells. We know it. The fi****ms industry definitely knows it.

But there’s a difference between having women who genuinely shoot, train, compete, and believe in your product… and finding the biggest audience you can and slapping a holster in front of it.

We’d rather build this brand around people who actually live this stuff.
Might not get us the most clicks.
We’re good with that.

How does a one-man holster shop compete with companies that have 70 employees and millions of dollars behind them?

Apparently, we talk s**t.
That’s the strategy.

Talk a little s**t. Nip at their heels. Keep making holsters. Stay relevant. Repeat.
Are the big guys worried about us?
Probably not.

Are we going to keep reminding them we’re here?
Absolutely.

Because we might not have 70 employees, a giant marketing department, or a boardroom full of people making decisions.

We’ve just got one guy, a shop, and a mouth that apparently doesn’t know when to quit.

Sometimes you’ve gotta take it old school.

reached out about making a holster for a Crunchwrap Supreme, and there wasn’t exactly a mold sitting on the shelf.

So I bought a Crunchwrap, laid it on the press, figured out the angles, made my own retention spacers, and built the damn thing.

And yes, it actually worked.

Best part was talking to Heather afterward and realizing she had no idea I was the one who made it.

A bunch of people asked if we were making more.

Nope.

One-off birthday gift. One of one.

Thanks JT for bringing us the idea, and thanks Heather for giving us an excuse to build one of the weirdest holsters to ever leave the shop.

Let’s talk retention.

My first holster?

Absolute dog s**t. 😂

And no, before you ask, you’re probably never going to see it. Those early masterpieces are staying buried in a box where they belong.

But that’s kind of the point.

You don’t get good at this by waking up one morning and magically knowing what you’re doing. You build. You screw things up. You learn. You build another one. Then another one. Eventually, you look back and realize you’ve come a hell of a long way.

Sometimes the smallest detail on a holster can carry the most meaning.

Our longtime friend reached out about an order he was putting together for a friend and asked us to laser engrave Psalms 144:1 on the holster.

For the person receiving it, that verse means something. That makes getting it right mean something to us, too.

We spend a lot of time talking about fit, function, retention, and craftsmanship, but taking care of our customers also means paying attention to the details behind the order. Sometimes it is more than just another holster coming across the bench.

We appreciate Angry Sarge trusting us with this one, and we appreciate every customer who gives us the opportunity to build something that matters to them.
