I just realized that I haven't posted any recent photos of the studio!😳😁

There has been quite a bit of upgrades. Smith machine/squats rack combo...kettlebell set... now dumbells from 5lbs to 90 lbs to name a few.

The most important thing we can do as we age is never give up.

I talk with so many people about the aging process and the physical effects. The truth is... WE NEED weight bearing exercises to prevent bristling of bones... the possibility of debilitating falls.

My client understands this and gives 110% to training in prevention of these dangers as we get older. She is amazing!

This is why having a personal trainer dedicated to your fitness is so important. My client felt that her dominant side was weak. We found that it was not the issue. Her left was not engaging as it should. That wore out her right.

Now, we can work on the weak side more diligently to equal both the left and right.

A second set of eyes and knowledge of how to correct issues are one of many reasons for hiring a quality trainer.
