As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re reminded that what you see on the outside rarely tells the whole story.

Behind every water bottle, gym bag, and set of keys is someone carrying something different.

Someone rebuilding their confidence.
Someone navigating a difficult season.
Someone learning to put themselves first.
Someone showing up despite the stress, anxiety, grief, or challenges they’re carrying.
