It was great to see everyone outside of the gym for our first “Sweat & Sip,” with our friends and Blue Oak.

Often times we wait “until we have enough” to give. In reality we have more than we realize, and plenty to give to others, that will accept with gratitude. Thank you to for having us out, and to our staff / community that gave this time today.

Meet day is the purest form of strength, camaraderie, and community. We laugh, we conquer fear, we cry, and we celebrate success together.

As coach David () put it, “My clients always love your meets and have a great experience every single time. They also remind me why I choose to do this coaching thing for a living.”

Thank you to the Origin staff for your consistent contributions to these events, to the competitors that trust us when we tell them they should do a meet, to the volunteers that give their valuable time, and to the spectators that bring the noise every single time.

We want to congratulate on his first physique show. Allen you inspired us all through your prep, and we are so fortunate to have you as part of our community.

From Dario: Allen I want to personally thank you for trusting me with this process. I’m highly aware that there this field is highly competitive and that there are a TON of great coaches out there. So for you to put your trust in me - made me a better coach throughout this process. Your spotless adherence to the plan helped me test theories that I KNEW would help physique athletes not only have a great show - but a great relationship with health and fitness AFTER their show. I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity - and I respect your discipline throughout the process.

Life’s short y’all. Do the show. Start the side hustle. Take the time to sit down with yourself and figure out what your version of this growth journey is - and commit to it. If you’re part of our community - you have the support you need to be successful. thanks for showing us this.

Speed kills. 6 day transformation.

What you the member can take away from our project next door is that speed absolutely kills. Speed makes up for all the mistakes you could ever make. Your work-rate and the gap between thinking and doing determines how many awesome things you get to experience (or not) in life.

I’ll say it one more time: SPEED. KILLS. Move with intent and move fast.

ANDREW!

Since starting in February he’s down 10 lbs of PURE fat and has reduced his visceral fat to 0.06 lbs (virtually 0).

It hasn’t been easy, but we’re proud of how Andrew has responded to adversity along the way.
