You know those days when your day doesn't seem to follow your intentions. Well, hopefully it doesn't happen often, but when it does, like it did for me today, you can always think about the number 3. A fitness/nutrition guru once taught me that if you, how should I say, over ate in one meal, you make the next 3 smaller and better. If you blew the whole day, you make the next 3 days much better. You can use the same formula with your exercise/movement routine.
Back to today...I didn't get into the day the exercise I was planning on doing because other appointments went much longer than anticipated. I did manage to do 20 minutes, but not the hour I was intending. So, I though of that fitness/nutrition guru. 3 more workouts much better coming up!
