Here is a great quick no equipment needed Bodyweight workout for the home peeps.

As many Rounds as possible in 20 minutes for the beginner,and 30 minutes for the advanced.

Squat Jump-5x
Push shoulder tap-5x
Side Plank-10s each side
Bridge walk outs-5x

Countdowns...no equipment needed! Example: If your starting count is 10, perform each exercise 10x, next round do each exercise 9x, next round 8x and so on. ‼️Finisher‼️once you get to the last round, instead blast off with your max count again. You’re done ✅

Bodyweight workouts are the way to go when you don’t have equipment. You can still have a balanced, full body workout and you can do it anywhere. So get your MOJO back and burn calories, tone some muscle and feel a sense of ACCOMPLISHMENT once you’re done! 👇👇👇
8 reps each exercise, 8, 12 or 15+ rounds:
- skip in place (alternate legs counts as 1)
- squat to jump
- double leg bridge
- plank reach (alternate reach counts as 1)

8 rounds for beginner, 12 for intermediate, 15 or more for advanced.
