Bodyweight workouts are the way to go when you don’t have equipment. You can still have a balanced, full body workout and you can do it anywhere. So get your MOJO back and burn calories, tone some muscle and feel a sense of ACCOMPLISHMENT once you’re done! 👇👇👇
8 reps each exercise, 8, 12 or 15+ rounds:
- skip in place (alternate legs counts as 1)
- squat to jump
- double leg bridge
- plank reach (alternate reach counts as 1)
