A huge thank you to all of the dads, families, and students who joined us for our Pop-up Father’s Day Family Workout! 💪❤️

It was an awesome morning of training, teamwork, laughter, and making memories together. We are grateful for all the fathers and father figures who lead by example and invest so much in their families every day.

🥋✨ The shy little girl who first walked into karate class is not the same person you see in this video.

Since day one, Addy has grown in so many ways. Her focus, technique, speed, and athletic ability continue to improve, but what makes me most proud is watching her confidence shine.

She steps onto the mat with purpose, works hard, listens, learns, and pushes herself to get a little better every class. The confidence she’s building here will serve her far beyond martial arts.
Watching Addy move as a martial artist, it’s easy to see she’s developing the skills, discipline, and mindset of a future Black Belt.

We’re so proud of you, Addy. Keep believing in yourself—we can’t wait to see what comes next! 💪🥋❤️

#🔥 BIG WEEK at World Karate! 🔥

This month we’re focused on Mindset Goals 🧠💥

Our theme:
👉 “What I think on, I bring on.”

This week we’re teaching our students how to capture negative thoughts and release them before they turn into negative actions.
Champions don’t let bad thoughts control their future — they train their mindset just like they train their bodies. 💪

Here’s what’s happening this week:

🏠 RE/MAX Self-Defense Clinic
We’re excited to host local real estate professionals for a special self-defense workshop. Safety, awareness, and confidence!

🥋 Bo Staff Seminar — March 14
with Master Greg Hussey from Evolution Martial Arts
🕜 Saturday at 1:30 PM (end time TBD)
💲 $40 — includes your own Bo Staff

This week we didn’t just train…
we leveled up. 💥🥋

Jump skills. Explosive power. Stronger takeoffs.
Our athletes have been building serious quad strength…

But here’s what most people miss 👇

⚠️ Most kids today are quad-dominant
From sitting in school to everyday movement, the front of the legs takes over…
And the hamstrings get left behind.

That imbalance?
That’s where injuries start.

So this week, we flipped the script.
