Ok let’s get this going for the month of September. Just keep track of miles u walk when u excersize. You can also run if u want. Elyptical is also ok. The goal is to complete 100 miles in the entire month of September. Not easy to do. If you don’t make the full 100 don’t get down about it because we r going to try again the month after. Walking is a great way to get back into shape and also a nice thing to do with the family.
