Our Showroom on Main St in Bellville, TX features hand-crafted knives by over 50 makers! Are you a fan of The History Channelā€™s internationally popular Forged in Fire show? Cowboy Szymanski (1st season of Forged in Fire) invites the public to meet and interact with several of his fellow Forged in Fire competitors from across the nation! This event is hosted at the Austin County Fairgrounds in Bell

ville, TX. Admission is $5. Visitors will have the opportunity to see live demonstrations by many Forged in Fire notable bladesmiths, visit with them about their work and purchase custom pieces, get pictures and autographs, cheer on their favorites during the chopping competition and try their hand at tomahawk throwing and knife forging! Texas Select has expanded to bring in knifemakers beyond Forged in Fire. Look for the many experienced and accomplished knifemakers with beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces for sale. Phenix Knives is donating a custom forged knife to the local Bellville Engineering, Science & Technology Booster Club which will be raffled off at the event to benefit their summer science camp and scholarship fund. Raffle tickets can be purchased from BEST Boosters and at the Texas Select event. The Bellville Lions Club runs the hot food & beer garden, which benefits many local charities.

Congratulations to our writer friend Roger Eckstine who won first place in the category "Outdoor Feature Article" awarded by the Texas Outdoor Writers Association at their annual convention this past weekend in Rockport, Texas! We've been honored to have Roger and his wife join us at the Texas Select Event in Bellville and have always appreciated when his pen writes about our knife show/event! In addition to writing for Knife Magazine, Roger has also authored several books, including Shooter's Bible Guide to Home Defense.
