The first of many back handsprings clinics went amazing! The girls came ready to work hard and they did so great. Lots of shaping, lots of fun, and lots of even more shaping!

We had our first of many speed and agility clinics with the Be Elite coaches Damien and Bruno! The girls learned SO much and had a great time! We are so excited to have them back again this month! We had the privilege of some friends from Ashland Y join us too! 5/14 is the next clinic. Registration is open under camps in the portal. Must be levels xcel silver and up. Open to all gymnasts and clubs.
