SuzieQ’s first speed Laches in a competition. Another heart-testing 10 minute limit endurance course from UNAA and conducted simultaneously in gyms across the world, from Russia to Australia. My time: 3:17

Some finishing stats:
I ran in the 9U division and am currently in 2nd place for girls. Out of the 243 boys and girls that ran this course, I earned 10th place. Most importantly, I felt I had given it my all.

Big thank you to the coaches for the impeccable guidance and to my friends and family who showed up and cheered me on!

This competition is an early glimpse into what Olympics could be like for Ninja Warrior in the future.

Grandmas are the best. I’m so proud of mine because she works 6 days a week and still manages to train for THIS! She watched me compete at the UNAA World Ninja Games and competed at the University of Houston gymnastics competition hours later! I’m lucky to share a love of fitness with her.

I love you so much Grandma!!! You did amazing at your competition yesterday!! Your whole team, Space City Legacy, did awesome!!

By the way Nike, your shoes are her ONLY athletic shoes and she owns like 30 pairs!! Y’all should sponsor her…

had a great vibe. A welcoming staff, friendly and ultra encouraging. We felt at home. This was our kind of gym. They had unique, one of a kind obstacles you won't find mass produced elsewhere.

Like my gym, , Syracuse Ninja Barracks has its own flair and I LOVE IT!! You're going to discover creative obstacle designs and make new friends while you're at it. 10/10 I recommend!!

The owner was very accommodating when our schedule changed due to a wrong turn the day before at a hike in Buttermilk Falls and he let us come to a class for older kids.

This gym had such a great vibe. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. We felt at home! This felt like my kind of ninja gym. There are definitely gyms out there that feel more like no matter what town you are in they will always look exactly the same. (Which is fine y’all, I’ve had lots of fun in plenty of them…) but This is not that kind of gym.

Like my home gym , this gym has its own unique flair and I LOVE IT!!!
You’re going to discover creative obstacle designs and new friends.
10/10 I recommend!!!!

team came to win!! Favorite part : cheering on our teammates the whole weekend from 9am till 8pm!

We got to see so many awesome firsts! beat me for #1 overall in the first comp with a neck breaking speed of 2:06! I’m so proud of you Kasen!!!! 🤩
Our friend Laura got her first (in competition) Lache!!!! Let’s go Laura!!!! Yes!!! We got to see Mrs. Kat compete in her first National Ninja League comp!! So proud of her 🤩. Both her daughters (Jemma and Iris) got 2nd place and So many of our friends qualified for regionals this weekend!! Proud to share the podium with these girls : Iris, Laura and Bridgette

Seasoned ninjas fail and keep going. I’m so proud of my friends who tumbled and got back up! THAT’S GRIT!
