We are focused on teaching the sport of paddleboarding & providing fitness and fun for participants of varying levels! Paddleboard Group Sessions

* Complete beginners through advanced exercisers and paddlers
* Expert instruction by Certified Strength & Conditiong Specialists & Lifeguards

Group Session Schedule
Mondays & Weds: 7:30 workout & paddle, 8:45am
Saturdays: 7:30am, 8:45am, 10:00am

Monday 10am: middle school/high school group

Wednesday 10am: family friendly session

Sunday Destinations: Locations determined weekly. Group size is limited so be sure to contact us for availability and any additional information!
