Headed up by Coach Josh Graham, the 365 Hitting Project has undergone a rebrand and is now “365 Hit & Run”!

This 4 week phase is the start of a 17 week off-season program that is built to guide you through the process of showing up next spring as a completely different offensive asset.

With the help of Josh Graham and the speed trainers over at Infiniti Performance, your off-season will have a clear structure and plan to get you ready for the 2027 season. Let’s get to work!
