Join Amber every Monday at 10:30 AM at the Flex Fitness studio for a group fitness–style class designed to be inclusive, supportive, and fun. You’re welcome to bring your well behaved little ones along, but this class is open to everyone—whether you’re a parent or simply looking for a great group workout.
