Many of us are stress eating but listen....
Now is super important to know the damage it can actually do!

The Coronavirus has everyone thinking about the immune system and one of the quickest ways to tank your immune system is SUGAR!
Your white blood cells use Vitamin C to fight off illnesses but sugar competes with Vitamin C for space in your white blood cells.

When you consume sugar for the next 4-6 hours your immune system's ability to fight off bacteria and viruses is reduced by 40-75%.
