Wow—that was quite the load!

I am so grateful for the awesome people who helped move everything out this past week.

I don’t plan on just letting these weights sit around, though.

Since gyms are closed here in New York, we have a great opportunity to spice up our routines. Let’s get creative and see what we can do with what we’ve got at home to help us be more fit.

It’s also a great time to start eating better. It’s Summer, which means fresh fruits and veggies! Let’s find ways to mix things up a bit and learn some new and easy recipes.

The fraction push-up challenge

My coach teaches us quality over quantity. If you’re interested in improving your training, give this challenge a go.

The goal of the challenge is to complete as many cycles of the fractional push up as you can.

Begin at the top full rep down 🔽
Come up 1/2 way, pause then back to the top 🔼🔼 Come down 1/3 pause, 2/3 pause and down to the bottom🔽🔽🔽 To finish, come up 1/4 of the way pause, 1/2 way pause, another 1/4 pause, then finish at the top. 🔼🔼🔼🔼
