We closed the Beyond Fitness chapter about 2 years ago. Sometimes it feels like a week and sometimes a lifetime ago. Being able to wake up every morning and improve the lives of those around you is one of the greatest callings. Our clients became our friends, many of whom we stay in touch with on a regular basis. The relationships forged in health and fitness are deeper than most. Your trainers become some of your most trusted people. You trust us with your time, money and health which in turn also effects the health of your friends, family and coworkers even if it’s just through a conversation. It’s a very serious undertaking that we were proud to accept.
The boys and I are family now after the many years we spent every day with eachother under this roof bettering each other and our members. I’m proud, privileged and grateful to continue my life’s purpose a few minutes down the road to Elements Fitness Studio

I’ll always keep this page active, looking back at some great workouts, advice and wonderful memories. For any and all who come across this post, never hesitate to reach out to me if you want to visit the new studio and either start or continue your journey to the healthiest you!

Beyond Fitness has PROUDLY served the community for over a decade! We want to thank all of our clients, family and friends who have made our business one of the best and most life changing experiences for us and for you. This is only the end of one chapter and we look forward to turning the page! Be on the look out for updates.

Happy 2022! No matter what your goals are for this year make sure that you commit to your journey, and remain consistent.

Ask anyone who has achieved remarkable results within health and fitness, and they will tell you that the journey is not easy. They will tell you how many people questioned what they were doing during the process.

Here is a challenge we want everyone to participate in this month whether you have access to a gym or not!

Every day perform 100 push-ups, inverted rows and squats. If you are currently following an exercise program in the gym, add this to your weekly routine.

Don’t fall into the average American who gains 5-15 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, instead step up your exercise by performing this 300 rep workout 💪🏻

You can split up the movements however you like, and at any time throughout the day that is convenient for you.

Let’s try to create the habit of not only training our abs with crunching movements. Start incorporating spinal flexion, bracing and twisting as well.

This simple circuit hits the entire core. Start with one round of this circuit everyday upon waking or as part of your warm-up before exercise.

If you want to increase the intensity a bit, throw in a second, third or fourth round at anytime. This could be before, after or during a workout, and at any other point of your day when you have time.

Remember to clean up your diet if you want to see 👀 your abs.

Next time you are pressed for time in the gym, or if it’s too crowded… plant yourself at a bench press and TRY THIS!

Load up the bar with a challenging weight and go for 100 reps. Every time you take a break perform 10 reps of a cardiovascular movement, then get right back to benching.

This is a killer way to maximize time in the gym and build muscular and cardiovascular endurance. You could do this with any of your favorite exercises.
