2023 is just 24 hours away, and we’re about to TURN IT WAY UP.

Starting Monday (1 /2), the first-ever 2023 Jumpstart Week is landing across the BBB Map and is primed to set the tone for the new year.

The Jumpstart week will consistent of FIVE consecutive special workout days that will get the juices flowing and keep focused to make 2023 the best year yet.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what to expect:

1️⃣ EQUALIZER DAY – Monday, January 2nd: Expect a full day of equalizer-inspired workouts from start to finish to pump up your upper body.

2️⃣ STEPS DAY – Tuesday, January 3rd: You’re getting an entire day of workouts with steps to keep your abs and b***y looking its best for the New Year.

3️⃣ KETTLEBELL HELL – Wednesday, January 4th: The heavy-lifting day will be powered by all Kettlebell routines to keep the blood flowing for the first week of the year.

4️⃣ TRACK DAY – Thursday, January 5th: Get those running shoes ready as our newest workout day is back and better than ever to take over Thighs Thursdays.

5️⃣ BUDDY DAY – Friday, January 6th: Our famous buddy workout day returns for the first time in 2023 and you can expect many partnered workouts to close out the week.

Now it’s your time to get on that brand new BBB app and start setting up the first week of the year today.

This Holiday Season, we’re allowing you, OUR MEMBERS, the unique chance to give back to the BBB trainers with tokens of appreciation.

That’s because the spanking brand-new “OUR TEAM” section on the Better Body Bootcamp website allows you to send HOLIDAY GIFTS directly to you BBB trainer.

We highly-encourage you to show your love to your favorite trainers for an amazing 2022.

If you don’t know all the benefits from the new OUR TEAM PAGE, let’s list them all out:

A HUGE THANK YOU for everyone who celebrated the holiday season with us at our first ever Better Body Festive Sweater Party 🎉

We had a blast cheering, dancing, and celebrating with each and every single one of you. The Better Body Bootcamp community is like no other; we train hard together and we party hard together.

A great time was had by all and we can’t wait to do it again!

🚨TOY DRIVE ALERT 🚨
It’s officially the Holiday Season and we’re ready to give back at Better Body.

Fam, you know we’re more than just transforming bodies; we’re about transforming the world. One of our favorite events kicks off tomorrow (12/2): the annual Better Body Toy Drive.

This year, more than ever before, it’s incredibly important to give back to our community. You’ll be able to drop off your donations at ANY Better Body location -- Bayside, Great Neck, Fresh Meadows, New Hyde Park, Bellmore, Astoria, Williamsburg, and Malverne.

The Toy Drive will conclude Tuesday, December 13th, and we will be donating the gift haul to the Cohen Children’s Medical Center and the 9 Hugs Organization.

All the gifts need to be new and unwrapped. We cannot accept M (Mature) rated video games, bikes, skateboards, roller skates, stuffed animals, paper books, blankets, cloth items, VHS tapes, food items, toy guns, and toys with activities of a violent nature.

Cohen Children’s Medical Center is highly-recommending donating gift cards.

On behalf of all of us here at Better Body Bootcamp, we are extending the deepest, warmest, and heartiness Thanksgiving Day wishes to the ONE thing we are super thankful for this year: YOU, OUR MEMBERS!

We’ve never felt stronger, closer, and healthier than we do today. Yes, our lives continue to change in the most extraordinary ways. Yes, the world is a much different place. But we’ve found incredible strength in our hearts and souls to come together and stay on top.
