Bellmore Merrick Roller Hockey Non Profit Youth Roller Hockey League made up entirely of volunteers serving our community since 1980

Established in 1980, our Non Profit Roller Hockey League is one of the longest tendered outdoor rinks on Long Island. Our Board of Directors is made up entirely of community volunteers. Now in it’s 45th Year, the league has served close to 15,000 players while providing a safe and friendly place for boys and girls to learn, excel, and come to love the game of Roller Hockey. Kids of equal skill lev

els play against each other during games so that beginners can develop a confidence and understanding of the sport, while advanced players are matched against other of equal ability to further their skills. Unlike most leagues, everyone plays the same amount and has the equal ability to make an impact on the final outcome of the game.

A huge THANK YOU to our BMRH alumni for coming back and running the show! It’s pretty special watching the next generation learn from the players who once stood right where they are.

We remember their glory days—playing together, battling against one another, and building friendships and rivalries right here in our youth league. Now, they’re giving back and helping create those same memories for the next generation.
