The road to Nationals was far from easy, but every sacrifice was worth it.

Today, we competed against 110 teams from across the country—and that is a BIG DEAL!

Unlike many of the schools we competed against, we are not part of a CTE program. We are not a class. We are not affiliated with FFA or Culinary Arts. We are simply a student organization made up of dedicated students who commit to after-school practices, weekend practices, and countless hours of hard work.

It’s not always easy.
It’s not always fun.
It requires sacrifice.
It demands commitment.
It takes hard work—REAL hard work.

But when that hard work pays off and you have the opportunity to represent your organization, your high school, and your community at the National High School BBQ Association National Championship, every early morning, late night, and weekend practice becomes worth it.

We gave it our all today, and we are incredibly proud of the work we put on the table.

Nationals 2026 is officially in the books! 🔥

Now we wait for the Awards Ceremony tomorrow morning at Scheels at 9:00 a.m. No matter the outcome, these students have already made us proud! They have represented their school and community with pride.
