You can sign up for a $10-$50 a month gym membership that’s open 24 hours a day with towel service.

Immaculate amenities and maybe a hot tub and steam room.

We are providing you with a coaching experience. A relationship with who you are and how you move and ways to improve.

None of us can see ourselves move and most of us don’t understand how to effectively train the human body in a way that gets us more fit for life and everything we do outside of the gym.

If you’ve missed out thus far, we’ve brought in a dance instructor who’s completely redone our upper mezzanine area and turned it into a studio for other types of movement exploration.

It’s that time again!

Our youth summer strength & conditioning classes are back.

Here’s the deal…

We will do the obvious… Build the following.
- strength, power, speed, endurance
- agility, stamina, balance, coordination
- flexibility, mobility, stability, accuracy

And the not so obvious…
- self confidence
- self belief
- leadership skills
- grit

Our goal is to help young athletes build an injury proof foundation for all sport.

And if they aren’t an athlete, help them make this fitness thing something they can do for their entire life without making them hate it.

Spots will be limited. Smaller groups = more effective coaching and better results all around.

Whether your youth can hit the full summer or needs a limited number of classes, we intend to make this flexible and accessible for all incomes and parent needs.

Student Review!

A little shoutout to Nicola…

She has 2 kiddos, a small business she started and runs by herself () and a husband that all keeps her very busy.

She previously felt pretty intimidated by gyms. And now has been consistent across 11 months.

She’s become really fit in that time also.

Nicola has many of the reasons we hear about why people believe they can’t do the gym thing.

Yet she’s about to celebrate 1 year.

A small glimpse into the life of someone who continues to prove to themselves that…. They can.

Nicola, you’re a beautiful example of what’s possible for all of us. 👊

Another retest week complete 👊

38 times someone beat a previous version of themselves.

We do this to provide feedback on efforts in the gym. To see if what we are doing actually yields growth.

It’s working.

Proud of each and every one of these folks for showing up.

Our first current member to 200 workouts!

Sierra has been with us since a few months after we opened our doors.

She started out not really being the gym type (her words).

200+ workouts later, it’s safe to say she’s proven the gym type isn’t what any of us thought it was before we started.

Through the ups and downs of life and business ownership with her career, she’s proven herself to be consistent.

She’s also really strong and really fit. And continues to set new personal records with every re test week we have.

She’s an inspiring human in our gym.

We couldn’t be more proud to know her, to be friends with her, and to see her transform through the years.

Today… take notice of all those tiny little moments that are worth celebrating.

No but like really… don’t ignore this… give it an effort.

Maybe it’s that your kid did something you asked on the first request.

Maybe it’s that you hit a green light.

Maybe it’s the few minutes to yourself where you found appreciation.

To take notice requires awareness.

All these small noticings we could find really could influence an entire day.

Add up the weeks, months, and years… maybe a life.

It’s often the simplest of things that have the biggest payoff.👊
