Well, to sum up our fundraiser from May 10th, our team has gotta say it was a success and thanks a million to all that contributed/made an appearance! Whether it be the people that helped organized it, the donors of small and large items, the musicians, vendors, or the people that came... everyone deserves a shout out. Our team is in absolute awe on how much support we were able to gather from everyone💕
To those that made some of the largest donations... such as the venue from , boards/skiis from and , wakesurf from , kiteboarding lesson from , the vest and shades from or even the glass pieces from , please know that you all made some people smile from ear to ear when they took home their items. But not too mention, all the other donations tagged still did make a HUGE impression and brought great value to our monetary success🙌
For entertainment, the bands "Creme N' Sugar" and "Bad Camper" absolutely crushed it, so be on the lookout for these two! Then all of the artists/creators in Bellingham that came out were unreal with their talents and inspirations, and was dishing out some phenomenal grub!
This was our first time ever planning an event, so we learned a lot about how to do things differently in the future... that being said, due to our 3 weeks of planning and still having success on this one, lookout for Spring Wake Up 2020 because there is only room for improvement with more time to plan it out!
