Dress-Up Week Keeps Getting Better!

We had quite the crew on the mats the last couple of days!

Optimus Prime, Mario, Luigi, a race car driver, Thing 2, and a few other familiar characters all showed up for karate!

Who knew saving the world, racing cars, and practicing karate could all happen in one place?

We have loved seeing everyone's creativity and personalities come out this week. What a fun bunch of students we have!

Dress-Up Week Fun Continues!

Another day of creative costumes, lots of energy, and plenty of laughs on the mats!

Today we rode witches' brooms, walked the plank, and tested our aim with a ring toss onto witches' hats!

We had superheroes, princesses, witches, skeletons, and even Bruno Mars and Michael Jackson stopped by for a visit!

A little creativity, plenty of movement, and a whole lot of fun. We love weeks like this!

Dress-Up Week at the Dojo!

We've got superheroes, Spider-Man, a little grave digger, some Halloween spirit, and even Coach Mindy traded in her usual look for a skeleton today!

We love seeing all the creative costumes and watching the kids have fun showing them off!

And the best part? We're just getting started! Can't wait to see what else shows up on the mats this week!

**From Little Ninja to Yellow Belt — What a Journey!**

There's something pretty special about watching a student who started in our Little Ninja program take that next big step.

Our Little Ninjas begin by learning the foundations of karate through movement, listening, coordination, and confidence-building. As they grow, so do their skills, their understanding, and their ability to take on new challenges.

Moving into our beginner karate program is a big transition, and earning that yellow belt represents so much more than learning new techniques.

It's about growing up on our mats, becoming more independent, and realizing just how much they're capable of.

Congratulations to our newest yellow belts! We're proud of how far you've come, and this is only the beginning!
