Officially done with CAMP MONTH! ⭐️ Here’s just a glimpse of everything we packed into the last few weeks!

Team bonding, character building, skill training, choreography, sunshine, lake days, scavenger hunts, lots of laughs, hard work, and so much more. ☀️🫶

We are SO proud of our athletes and the way they showed up these last couple of weeks. Camp month asks a lot of them: long days, tired bodies, learning new skills, pushing outside their comfort zones, and growing together as a team. And they didn’t just get through it… they THRIVED through it. 💪⭐️

So many memories made, so much growth already, and we couldn’t be more excited for the season ahead!

Back to school means back to routines… but Tuesdays can be the part of the week she can’t wait for. ⭐️

July’s Character Trait: A Teachable Spirit. 🤍

The beginning of a new season can be hard. New skills, new expectations, and lots of corrections can feel overwhelming.

This month, we’ve been reminding our athletes that a teachable spirit…

⬅️ Looks back when feeling insecure.

👀 Looks around when feeling discouraged or complacent.

➡️ Looks ahead when success tempts us to stop growing.

What has been so encouraging is watching our athletes actually apply it.

After one particularly challenging practice, an athlete sent us the message featured in this post. Instead of staying discouraged, she chose to look around at her teammates. Their work ethic shifted her mindset, and she finished practice stronger than she started.

Moments like this remind us that our Team Talks are about so much more than cheer. If our athletes leave the gym knowing how to face challenges with humility, resilience, and a willingness to grow, then we’re accomplishing something far greater than perfect routines.

We’re incredibly proud of every athlete who chose to have a teachable spirit this month. Here’s to carrying that mindset with us all season long. 💙⭐️

This weekend, our coaches stepped into the role of students.

We reflected on the coaches who shaped us, the lessons that stuck long after the scores faded, and the kind of impact we want to have on every athlete who walks through our doors this season.

Just like our athletes, we’re committed to learning, growing, and getting better every day because the best coaches never stop being students.
