• 100 Rock Solid Fighter Combos: hook → uppercut → kick suffix (hands setting it up, foot finishing vicious)
• Turkish Get Up Kettlebell Routine – full-body control, stability, and strength under load
• Abs and core work
• Cool-down stretching

• Cool-down stretching with Skip Hancock’s Attitude Affirmations – speaking power into our minds and bodies

This is more than exercise.
