π As I'm winding down for the night, I wanted to share a few thoughts with all of you. No matter where you find yourself in your fitness journey, I know that the "ideal" physique is something many of us have in mind. That look we're striving for, the "if I could look like this..." body.
Now, let me say this - you all train hard and look great. I see you, and you probably get compliments all the time about how amazing you look! That feels incredible, doesn't it? BUT, if I know you like I think I do, you're not completely satisfied. There might be changes you'd like to see, and despite recommitting, training harder, and being more thoughtful about your nutrition, it seems to evade you. And that's just frustrating.
So, let me share what I believe is the answer, and there is zero debate here - the science has supported it for a long time. Bodybuilding principles are still the best way to build muscle. I know, I know, it might be hard to accept at first, but building muscle is the key to achieving that physique goal. And I'm not sorry for saying that!
This might be a major shift for many of you reading this, and I'm sure you're experiencing some resistance to what you've just read. It's not an attack; it's simply the truth. π€·ββοΈ But here's the exciting part - bodybuilding-style training and nutrition happen to be my thing! π So, what's even cooler is that I have an upcoming workshop called "The Difference," where we'll delve into the fundamentals and advanced approaches of building muscle, the kind of muscle you NEED for the physique you want!!
Now, before I sign off, I want to remind all of you to take a moment to look around and appreciate the blessings you have in abundance. Even if you're going through challenges, you are still blessed in many ways. Slow down, count your blessings, and be grateful. Peace, y'all! π€
