Each academy covers everything you’ll need to know about the BMX champion you’ve always dreamed of becoming. We review fundamental BMX
skills (pumping, jumping, manualing, gate starts, and turns), which are the backbone of your performance. What’s the point of doing all those sprints and lifting weights when you can’t maintain your speed over a jump or through a turn? And it doesn’t stop with mastering the fundamental BMX skills. Before you leave, we’ll also review BMX race tactics, physical and mental preparation, and setting goals so you can achieve your BMX dreams. Parents are also a big part of helping their kids achieve their BMX dreams.
