St. John Bosco's Strength and Conditioning program are dedicated to the well-being and overall achievement of the student-athlete. The foundation of the program is centered around student-athlete accountability, discipline, work ethic, and durability. We believe to accomplish success, the athlete must believe and have trust in their program, putting forth maximum effort to accomplish shared goals. We provide our student-athletes with a program that progresses their physical and psychological abilities to remain resilient to injury and the physical and psychological ability to dominate in competition and strive to develop our athletes’ confidence and aid in the understanding that life spans beyond their sport.

Thanks to the combined programming at St. John Bosco High School, our student-athletes can play up to 55 games including 20 per season at the Anaheim Ducks High School Hockey League, 20 games at North American Prospects Hockey League, and 15 games at the local Tier l CAHA league while preparing for college!

Families (Host Families) who open their homes and hearts to St. John Bosco student-athletes play a vital role in the success of Bosco Hockey both on and off the ice. Host families, also known as Billet Families, enable our student-athletes to pursue their dreams by providing them with a place to live and creating an environment they can thrive physically, academically, and emotionally. All that is required is a willingness to help a student-athlete by providing a home away from home.

A successful hosting and billeting experience is rewarding for both the Host Family and the student-athlete as you both form a unique connection that lasts a lifetime. Host Families and their student-athletes often stay in contact long after they finish playing. Any student-athlete who has played away from home will tell you that some of their fondest memories include their Host Families and vice versa!
